JaooPass Limited ("JaooPass", “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) to govern your use of the JaooPass card, mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing, activating, or using a JaooPass card, or by accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 1. Eligibility
* You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use JaooPass.
* By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
## 2. Use of JaooPass
* JaooPass is a prepaid, contactless smart card for fare payments across partnered buses, bikes, ferries, and other transport operators.
* The card must be tapped on designated devices for fare deduction.
* JaooPass is **non-transferable** and should only be used by the registered user (except where otherwise allowed).
## 3. Payments & Balance
* Users must load money into their JaooPass account before use.
* Fare amounts are deducted automatically upon travel.
* JaooPass is not a credit service; transactions are limited to available balance.
* Refunds are subject to company policy and may not be available in all cases.
## 4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card
* You must immediately report any lost, stolen, or damaged card through our customer support.
* JaooPass is not liable for unauthorized use before such reporting.
* A replacement fee may apply.
## 5. Privacy & Data
* We collect and process personal data (such as name, phone number, and travel history) in accordance with our **Privacy Policy**.
* Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to provide the Services.
## 6. Responsibilities of Users
* Do not tamper with, misuse, or fraudulently alter your card.
* Ensure sufficient balance before travel.
* Respect transport operators’ rules and regulations.
## 7. Service Availability
* We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that JaooPass will always function without errors, delays, or downtime.
* We may suspend or modify the Services for maintenance or security reasons.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
* JaooPass Limited is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages arising from:
* transport operator delays or cancellations,
* network or system failures,
* unauthorized use of your card prior to reporting loss.
* Our liability is limited to the unused balance on your account.
## 9. Termination
* We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
* You may close your account at any time by contacting customer service.
## 10. Governing Law
* These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
* Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
## 11. Changes to Terms
* JaooPass Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
* Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
